01 - 480 ml low fat milk or low calorie orange juice

→ Fruit

02 - 300 g frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

→ Protein

03 - 240 g vanilla Greek yogurt

→ Sweetener

04 - 7 g honey
