Halloween Ghostface Charcuterie Board (Printer-Friendly Version)

Capture Ghostface’s look with brie, berries, meats, and peppers for a hauntingly delicious Halloween snack platter.

# Required Ingredients:

→ Cheese

01 - 1 large wheel of Brie cheese
02 - 4 slices Havarti cheese or any soft white cheese

→ Charcuterie Meats

03 - 450 grams sliced charcuterie meats such as salami, capocollo, and prosciutto

→ Produce

04 - 680 grams fresh blackberries
05 - 9 mini peppers, mixed red, yellow, and orange

→ Jams & Preserves

06 - 2 tablespoons blackberry jam (optional)

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Unwrap the Brie wheel. Place a Ghostface-shaped stencil on top and lightly score the outline with the tip of a knife. Cut out the face shape, using any trimmed pieces to complete the head or chin as needed.
02 - Carefully cut out the eyes, nose, and mouth from the Brie wheel. Reserve the removed cheese for other uses.
03 - Mix blackberry jam with 4 crushed blackberries. Spoon this mixture into the cut-out eyes, nose, and mouth. Avoid overfilling to maintain facial details.
04 - Gently place the sculpted Brie face onto a large serving platter.
05 - Surround the Brie with fresh blackberries, arranging them to resemble a hood and shoulders for the face.
06 - Lay the sliced meats neatly below the Brie and blackberries to form a base for the display.
07 - Use alphabet cutters to cut Havarti cheese into letters spelling out 'What's your favorite scary movie?' or another themed phrase. Place the letters atop the arranged meats.
08 - Slice the mini peppers into strips and arrange them at the bottom of the board for color and contrast.
09 - Surround the board with chips, crackers, or bread as desired for serving.

# Handy Cooking Tips:

01 - For precise facial features, use a thin cardboard stencil to guide the outline on the Brie.
02 - Allow Brie to sit at room temperature for easier slicing and molding.
