# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 salmon fillet
02 - 250 g penne pasta, cooked al dente
03 - 1 cup feta cheese
04 - 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes

→ Seasonings and Garnish

05 - 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
06 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish.
02 - Place salmon fillet, feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes in the prepared baking dish. Season with salt and black pepper, and drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and tomatoes have burst.
03 - Using a fork or potato masher, gently mash together baked salmon, feta, and tomatoes directly in the dish. Stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, remaining olive oil, and chopped parsley until creamy and uniform.
04 - Add cooked penne pasta to the baking dish. Toss thoroughly to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce. Adjust salt and pepper to taste, adding extra olive oil if desired.
05 - Plate the pasta and salmon mixture. Garnish with additional fresh parsley and serve immediately.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - For smoother texture, mash the sauce components while still hot. Extra olive oil can be added for creaminess.
