In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, combine maple syrup, buffalo sauce, dried garlic, ground ginger, and chili flakes. Heat while stirring until sauce thickens slightly.

Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions. Gently fold riced cauliflower into cooked rice to combine evenly.
