# What You’ll Need to Cook:

01 - 680 g Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and diced into 1.25 cm cubes

→ Seasonings and Oil

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
04 - 1.5 teaspoons onion powder
05 - 1.5 teaspoons smoked paprika
06 - 1.5 teaspoons salt
07 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh chopped parsley, for topping (optional)

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 5 minutes. Thoroughly wash and dry Yukon Gold potatoes.
02 - Dice potatoes into 1.25 cm pieces for even cooking.
03 - In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure potatoes are evenly coated.
04 - Arrange potatoes in an even layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Air fry for 20 minutes at 190°C, shaking and tossing the basket 2–3 times during cooking for even crisping.
05 - For an extra crisp finish, broil using the air fryer's air broil function at 232°C for 2–3 minutes, shaking once to ensure even browning. Alternatively, increase heat to 232°C if broil function is unavailable.
06 - Top finished potatoes with freshly chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
