Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 5 minutes. Thoroughly wash and dry Yukon Gold potatoes.

Dice potatoes into 1.25 cm pieces for even cooking.

In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure potatoes are evenly coated.

Arrange potatoes in an even layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Air fry for 20 minutes at 190°C, shaking and tossing the basket 2–3 times during cooking for even crisping.

For an extra crisp finish, broil using the air fryer's air broil function at 232°C for 2–3 minutes, shaking once to ensure even browning. Alternatively, increase heat to 232°C if broil function is unavailable.

Top finished potatoes with freshly chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
