Cook or reheat the mashed potatoes until hot and creamy. Use fresh or leftover mashed potatoes as preferred.

Prepare the breaded chicken nuggets according to package instructions, either in the air fryer or oven, until golden and crisp.

Warm the gravy in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth and heated through.

Cook the corn in a separate pan until heated. If using frozen corn, cook according to package instructions; if using canned, drain and heat until warmed.

Layer half of the mashed potatoes in each serving bowl. Top with cooked chicken nuggets, followed by corn. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and drizzle generously with hot gravy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optional: garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately while hot.
