01 - 480 grams mashed potatoes
02 - 170 grams cooked breaded chicken nuggets or cooked chicken pieces
03 - 120 millilitres chicken or turkey gravy
04 - 80 grams corn, canned or frozen
05 - 30 grams shredded Colby-Jack cheese

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Cook or reheat the mashed potatoes until hot and creamy. Use fresh or leftover mashed potatoes as preferred.
02 - Prepare the breaded chicken nuggets according to package instructions, either in the air fryer or oven, until golden and crisp.
03 - Warm the gravy in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth and heated through.
04 - Cook the corn in a separate pan until heated. If using frozen corn, cook according to package instructions; if using canned, drain and heat until warmed.
05 - Layer half of the mashed potatoes in each serving bowl. Top with cooked chicken nuggets, followed by corn. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and drizzle generously with hot gravy.
06 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optional: garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately while hot.
