10 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon white grape juice vinegar
12 - Juice of 1 lemon
13 - 1 cup (80 g) finely grated parmesan cheese
14 - 1 teaspoon anchovy paste or 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
15 - Salt, 0.125–0.25 teaspoon, to taste
16 - Black pepper, 0.125–0.25 teaspoon, to taste
17 - 80 ml olive oil

→ Assembly

18 - 4 large burrito-size wheat tortillas, warmed
19 - 120–140 g romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
20 - 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
21 - 1 cup croutons
22 - 80–120 ml Caesar dressing, to taste

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Pat the chicken breasts dry, then evenly coat with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. Allow chicken to rest for a few minutes to absorb the seasoning.
02 - Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and, if necessary, add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the chicken breasts for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature 75°C). Remove from heat and allow to rest, then slice thinly.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, white grape juice vinegar, lemon juice, grated parmesan cheese, anchovy paste, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth and emulsified.
04 - Lay out warmed tortillas. Arrange a layer of sliced romaine lettuce, then top with sliced chicken and shaved parmesan. Drizzle each wrap with desired amount of Caesar dressing and sprinkle with croutons.
05 - Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

# Handy Cooking Tips:

01 - For extra flavour, grill chicken over charcoal or gas for a smoky note.
02 - Keep lettuce chilled until assembling to ensure maximum crunch.
03 - Use fresh, soft tortillas for best rolling results and structural integrity.
04 - Dressing may be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
