Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Lay one egg roll wrapper diagonally on a clean surface. Layer a slice of ham in the centre, then place a mozzarella string cheese stick on top of the ham.

Fold the side corners of the wrapper tightly over the filling. Roll up from the bottom, keeping the wrapper snug. Seal the edges using a dab of water to prevent cheese from leaking.

Repeat assembly and rolling for all twelve sticks.

Place sticks seam-side down on the prepared tray. Brush each stick evenly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden. Flip each stick and continue baking for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until crisp throughout.

Let cool briefly, then serve hot with marinara sauce and ranch dressing for dipping.
