# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 500 g potato gnocchi
02 - 2 medium chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
03 - 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
04 - 200 g fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

→ For Cooking

05 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
06 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

→ Finishing and Garnish

07 - Fresh basil leaves, torn
08 - 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Sear the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 5–7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil if needed. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add halved cherry tomatoes and sauté for 3–4 minutes until tomatoes begin to burst.
03 - Add gnocchi to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to crisp and are heated through. Return cooked chicken to the pan and gently mix.
04 - Arrange mozzarella slices on top of the gnocchi and chicken mixture. Cover the skillet and let cook for 1–2 minutes until cheese melts. Remove from heat.
05 - Sprinkle with torn fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately, garnished with extra basil as desired.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - Allow chicken to rest after searing for juicier results and to keep the skillet contents tender.
02 - For more sauce, add a splash of chicken stock or pasta cooking water when cooking the tomatoes.
