01 -
Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a round pizza pan or baking sheet.
02 -
Flatten biscuit dough and arrange into a circular crust on the prepared pan, pinching edges to create a slight border. Brush the surface of the dough with melted butter.
03 -
Bake biscuit crust in preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from oven and set aside.
04 -
While crust bakes, cook breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking into small pieces as it cooks until browned.
05 -
Sprinkle flour over cooked sausage and stir to combine. Gradually add milk, whisking continuously. Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes if using. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5–7 minutes or until thickened.
06 -
In a separate pan, scramble eggs over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until just set but still slightly soft.
07 -
Spread sausage gravy evenly over slightly cooled biscuit crust. Top with scrambled eggs and sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese.
08 -
Return assembled pizza to oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
09 -
Remove from oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired, and slice into wedges. Serve hot.
