# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Biscuit Crust

01 - 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough or equivalent homemade biscuit dough
02 - 15 millilitres melted butter

→ Sausage Gravy

03 - 450 grams breakfast sausage, crumbled
04 - 30 grams all-purpose flour
05 - 480 millilitres milk
06 - 2.5 millilitres salt, or to taste
07 - 1.25 millilitres ground black pepper
08 - 1.25 millilitres garlic powder
09 - 1.25 millilitres onion powder
10 - Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Toppings

11 - 4 large eggs, scrambled
12 - 170 grams shredded cheddar cheese or a blend of cheddar and mozzarella
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a round pizza pan or baking sheet.
02 - Flatten biscuit dough and arrange into a circular crust on the prepared pan, pinching edges to create a slight border. Brush the surface of the dough with melted butter.
03 - Bake biscuit crust in preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from oven and set aside.
04 - While crust bakes, cook breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking into small pieces as it cooks until browned.
05 - Sprinkle flour over cooked sausage and stir to combine. Gradually add milk, whisking continuously. Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes if using. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5–7 minutes or until thickened.
06 - In a separate pan, scramble eggs over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until just set but still slightly soft.
07 - Spread sausage gravy evenly over slightly cooled biscuit crust. Top with scrambled eggs and sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese.
08 - Return assembled pizza to oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
09 - Remove from oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired, and slice into wedges. Serve hot.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - For a lighter option, substitute turkey sausage or use lower-fat milk in the gravy.
02 - Enhance flavor and texture by adding sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, or fresh spinach to the toppings.
03 - For a crispier base, bake the biscuit crust for a few extra minutes before adding toppings.
