Air Fryer Radish Chips (Printer-Friendly)

Crispy, seasoned radish chips made in the air fryer—easy, flavorful, and low-carb.

# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 pound fresh radishes, washed
02 - olive oil spray
03 - 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
02 - Trim stems and roots from the radishes, then slice into 1/8-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline.
03 - Place radish slices on a baking sheet and coat lightly with olive oil spray. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
04 - Arrange radish slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are browned and chips are crisp.
05 - Transfer chips to a cooling rack and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - Slice radishes evenly to prevent breakage and ensure crisp texture. Leaving the skin on adds extra crunch.
02 - Subsequent batches may cook faster as the air fryer stays hot.
