# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Wash potatoes thoroughly and pat dry. Peel if desired or leave the skin on. Slice into 1.25 cm fries.
02 - Toss sliced potatoes with olive oil, seasoned salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 188°C for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.
04 - Transfer fries to a serving dish. Serve hot with ketchup or choice of condiment.
