In a large mixing bowl, blend white cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until a soft dough forms. Incorporate purple gel food coloring gradually, mixing until the dough achieves a vibrant, even purple shade.

Scoop out portions of dough, approximately 1.5 tablespoons each, and place onto the prepared tray with 5 cm spacing. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft. Test with a toothpick for doneness.

Allow cookies to cool on the tray for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Spread a small dollop of purple frosting onto the center of each cooled cookie. Firmly press a Hershey's Kiss chocolate onto the frosting, then decorate with Halloween nonpareils around the base of the Kiss.
