01 -
Husk each corn cob and remove all silk. Wash and cut each cob into 3–4 bite-sized pieces, approximately 1.5 cm thick.
02 -
Place corn pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Ensure they are not overlapping for even cooking.
03 -
Lightly spritz corn with avocado oil spray to coat all surfaces.
04 -
Set air fryer to 200°C. Preheat if necessary. Cook corn for 5 minutes.
05 -
Flip corn, spritz the underside with more oil, and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 200°C.
06 -
If needed, air fry 1–2 minutes per side more, rotating until corn is deeply golden and tender. Total time should be 13–14 minutes.
07 -
While corn cooks, melt butter in a large bowl using the microwave (10–15 seconds). Add Cajun seasoning and whisk until fully combined.
08 -
Add hot corn to the bowl with Cajun butter. Toss thoroughly to coat each piece. Use a spoon or basting brush for even coverage.
09 -
Serve Cajun corn warm, accompanied by ranch dressing if desired.
