# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Whipped Coffee Topping

01 - 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder or instant coffee
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar or brown sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons hot water
04 - 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

→ Base Drink

05 - 200 ml milk of choice (whole milk or plant-based)
06 - Ice cubes, as needed

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - In a small bowl, combine instant espresso powder or instant coffee with sugar and hot water. Add vanilla extract if desired.
02 - Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture vigorously for 5 to 6 minutes until it becomes thick, light, and forms stiff peaks.
03 - Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in milk, leaving a couple of centimeters at the top for the whipped coffee.
04 - Spoon generous dollops of whipped coffee topping onto the milk. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon. Stir gently to combine before drinking if preferred.
