Place the Brie cheese without rind in a food processor and pulse for about 1 minute until creamy. With the motor running, gradually add hot water and continue blending, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is smooth and whipped to a buttercream-like consistency, approximately 8 to 10 minutes.

Transfer the whipped Brie to a serving bowl. Top with fruit preserves, drizzle honey evenly on top, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Serve immediately alongside an assortment of crackers or toasted bread.
