Enjoy watermelon agua fresca with a splash of lime—perfect for cooling off and sharing at summer gatherings.

# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Main

01 - 1 kg seedless watermelon, peeled and cut into cubes
02 - 50 g granulated sugar or honey
03 - 60 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
04 - 1 pinch fine sea salt

→ To Serve

05 - Ice cubes
06 - Chamoy or chili powder (such as Tajín), for glass rims (optional)

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Add watermelon cubes, lime juice, sugar or honey, and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
02 - Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher, pressing to extract as much juice as possible and discard the pulp.
03 - If desired, dip the rims of serving glasses in chamoy or chili powder for an extra layer of flavor.
04 - Fill glasses with ice, pour the strained agua fresca over, and serve immediately.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - Use frozen watermelon chunks if fresh is not available to ensure a chilled beverage and reduce dilution from ice.
02 - For a fruitier taste, add 60 g of strawberries or raspberries before blending.
