Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a 23-centimetre deep-dish pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil. Evenly spread mixture in the bottom of the prepared pie plate.

Distribute 60 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese and 50 grams of shredded Parmesan cheese over the cream cheese mixture.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the cheese layers.

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the sauce. Arrange diced green bell pepper, pepperoni slices, and sliced black olives on top.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve immediately with sliced baguette and tortilla chips.
