Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.

While the tots bake, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart until browned. Drain grease. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until absorbed.

Evenly spread the cooked beef over the baked tater tots. Top with black beans and shredded cheddar cheese.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven and top with pico de gallo, red onion, black olives, and jalapenos. Add sour cream and guacamole in dollops.
