Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin, even layer of pizza sauce over each.

Distribute shredded mozzarella evenly on the sauce, then layer pepperoni, chopped bell peppers, and sprinkle dried oregano over all.

Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, then slice into 2.5 cm thick rolls.

Arrange rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with olive oil.

Bake rolls for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
