06 - 5 ml paprika
07 - 5 ml ground cumin
08 - 2.5 ml brown sugar
09 - 1.25 ml chili powder

11 - 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely diced

12 - 1 lime, juice and zest separated

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Combine the shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, chili powder, and brown sugar. Toss until coated evenly.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until aromatic.
03 - Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the skillet. Sear for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side, then flip each piece.
04 - Immediately after flipping, add the lime juice, tequila, and diced jalapeño. Continue cooking for 2 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
