# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Distribute frozen tater tots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
03 - In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, pour in the eggs, and scramble gently until just cooked through, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - Divide baked tater tots among four serving bowls. Top each with scrambled eggs, cheese, crumbled bacon or chosen protein, and green onions.
05 - Add desired toppings such as sour cream, salsa, avocado, or fresh herbs immediately before serving.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - To make the dish vegetarian, substitute bacon with sautéed vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms.
02 - Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in an oven to retain crispiness.
03 - For additional protein, a fried egg may be added as a topping.
