02 - 8 ounces spaghetti
03 - 1 packet taco seasoning (about 1 ounce)
04 - 1 cup tomato sauce
05 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
06 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
07 - 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
08 - 1/2 cup diced onion
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
10 - Salt to taste

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onions and bell peppers until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
