04 - 180 g frozen strawberries
05 - 1 medium banana
06 - 120 g Greek yogurt

08 - 30 g granola
09 - 1 kiwi, sliced
10 - 15 g chopped nuts
11 - 1 teaspoon honey

15 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds
16 - 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Place rolled oats in a blender and blend until they become a fine powder, then add milk and chia seeds. Blend for about 20 seconds until well combined.
