Place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at low power in 20-second intervals until about half melted, stirring after each interval. Continue stirring until smooth and fully melted.

Prepare a shot of espresso using an espresso machine or stove-top moka pot. Pour the hot espresso into a serving mug.

Add the melted white chocolate to the mug with the espresso. Stir thoroughly to combine and dissolve completely.

Heat the milk in a saucepan or microwave until it reaches 65°C (not boiling). Froth the hot milk with a handheld frother or whisk until it doubles in volume, approximately 15–20 seconds.

Pour the frothed milk into the mug, gently blending with the espresso and white chocolate. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream before serving.
