Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha (Printer-Friendly)

Smooth espresso meets creamy white chocolate and milk, topped with whipped cream for café-quality comfort.

# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Main Components

01 - 4 tablespoons (approximately 40 g) white chocolate chips or finely chopped white chocolate
02 - 1 shot (30 ml) Starbucks Espresso Roast, freshly brewed
03 - 240 ml 2% milk

→ Garnish

04 - Whipped cream, for topping

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at low power in 20-second intervals until about half melted, stirring after each interval. Continue stirring until smooth and fully melted.
02 - Prepare a shot of espresso using an espresso machine or stove-top moka pot. Pour the hot espresso into a serving mug.
03 - Add the melted white chocolate to the mug with the espresso. Stir thoroughly to combine and dissolve completely.
04 - Heat the milk in a saucepan or microwave until it reaches 65°C (not boiling). Froth the hot milk with a handheld frother or whisk until it doubles in volume, approximately 15–20 seconds.
05 - Pour the frothed milk into the mug, gently blending with the espresso and white chocolate. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream before serving.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - For best results, use high-quality white chocolate and freshly brewed espresso. Do not let the milk boil, as this affects the texture and flavor.
