Juicy smash burger tacos made quick in the air fryer, loaded with classic toppings and melted cheese.

# What You’ll Need to Cook:

01 - 4 small flour or corn tortillas
02 - 240 g ground beef (approximately 60 g per taco)
03 - Salt, to taste
04 - Cooking spray

→ Optional Additions

05 - 4 slices of cheese
06 - Shredded lettuce, as desired
07 - Sliced pickles, as desired
08 - Preferred burger sauce, as desired

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Set air fryer to 205°C and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes.
02 - Spread approximately 60 g of ground beef evenly onto each tortilla, pressing the meat to the edges. Season lightly with salt and coat the meat with cooking spray.
03 - Arrange the tortillas meat-side up in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 205°C for 5 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the tortillas are crisp. Prepare in batches if needed.
04 - For cheeseburger tacos, place one slice of cheese on each taco. Return the tacos to the air fryer with the heat off, allowing the cheese to melt for 1 minute.
05 - Remove tacos from the air fryer. Top with desired lettuce, pickles, and burger sauce. Gently fold each taco and serve immediately.
