Set air fryer to 205°C and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes.

Spread approximately 60 g of ground beef evenly onto each tortilla, pressing the meat to the edges. Season lightly with salt and coat the meat with cooking spray.

Arrange the tortillas meat-side up in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 205°C for 5 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the tortillas are crisp. Prepare in batches if needed.

For cheeseburger tacos, place one slice of cheese on each taco. Return the tacos to the air fryer with the heat off, allowing the cheese to melt for 1 minute.

Remove tacos from the air fryer. Top with desired lettuce, pickles, and burger sauce. Gently fold each taco and serve immediately.
