# What You’ll Need to Cook:

01 - 1.4 litres whole milk
02 - 340 millilitres double cream

→ Chocolate

03 - 200 grams semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
04 - 120 grams milk chocolate, finely chopped
05 - 45 grams unsweetened cocoa powder

→ Sweetener

06 - 100 grams granulated sugar

→ Flavouring

07 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Add whole milk, double cream, semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa powder, and sugar to the slow cooker. Stir thoroughly to incorporate the cocoa and dissolve the sugar.
02 - Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and the mixture remains smooth.
03 - After 2 hours, stir in the vanilla extract. Whisk well to blend. Serve immediately, or keep warm on the 'keep warm' setting if desired.
04 - Ladle hot chocolate into mugs and garnish as desired with whipped cream, miniature marshmallows, chocolate sauce, or crushed candy canes.
