# What You’ll Need to Cook:

01 - 4 plain bagels, halved horizontally

→ Sauce

02 - 180 ml pizza sauce or marinara sauce

→ Cheese

03 - 160 g shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Toppings

04 - 40 g pepperoni slices
05 - 30 g sliced black olives (optional)

→ Garnish

06 - Fresh basil or parsley, finely chopped (optional)

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and allow to fully preheat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange bagel halves, cut sides up, on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each bagel half and spread evenly to the edges.
04 - Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauced bagel halves.
05 - Top bagels with pepperoni slices and sliced black olives as desired.
06 - Place baking sheet on centre rack and bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and just golden at the edges.
07 - Remove from oven, let cool for 2 minutes, and garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley before serving.
