06 - 0.25 tsp garlic powder
07 - 15 ml olive oil
08 - Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unfold the thawed puff pastry onto the prepared tray and lightly score a 1.5 cm border around the edge with a sharp knife without cutting through.
03 - Brush the surface of the pastry lightly with olive oil, leaving the border untouched.
04 - Evenly spread the pizza sauce within the bordered area.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by pepperoni or desired toppings.
06 - Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder over the cheese and toppings.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed and the cheese has melted and bubbled.
