01 -
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
02 -
Preheat oven to 200°C, or according to pizza crust package instructions.
03 -
Place one pizza crust in a large glass baking dish. Spread half of the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, then top with half of the mozzarella, half of the cooked ground beef, and a layer of pepperoni slices.
04 -
Place the second pizza crust on top. Spread the remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese. Layer the rest of the ground beef and pepperoni, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
05 -
Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the crust becomes golden brown.
06 -
Remove from oven and sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
07 -
Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.
