01 - 2 oz blanco tequila
02 - 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
03 - 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
04 - 0.5 oz agave nectar
05 - 1 dash grapefruit bitters (optional)
06 - 2 oz grapefruit soda (Topochico, Fresca, or Squirt)
07 - Ice cubes

→ Rim & Garnish

08 - 1 lime wedge for rimming
09 - Coarse sea salt or salt and tajin mix
10 - Grapefruit or lime wedge for garnish

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave nectar, and grapefruit bitters (if using) in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
02 - Rub a cocktail glass rim with a lime wedge, then dip in coarse salt or a salt-tajin blend to coat the rim.
