01 - 450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - Salt, to taste
04 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C and position the rack in the middle.
02 - Place shrimp in a large bowl and pat dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
03 - Spread shrimp in a single layer in a 23x33 cm casserole dish or baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and bake for 6–8 minutes, or until shrimp are white, pink, and opaque.
04 - Serve immediately, optionally garnished with lemon wedges.
