# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven as instructed on the chocolate cake mix package. Combine the cake mix with eggs, oil, and water as specified, mixing until smooth.
02 - Divide the batter evenly among 12 lined cupcake cups and bake according to package directions. Remove from oven when a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Allow cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
03 - Once cooled, spread a thin layer of white frosting over the surface of each cupcake using a small offset spatula.
