01 - ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
02 - ¼ cup milk of choice
03 - 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
05 - 1 teaspoon matcha powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, matcha, and vanilla. Let sit at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir, then top with vanilla Greek yogurt and a dusting of matcha powder.
02 - Multiply the recipe as desired. After the pudding rests, layer it into jars with vanilla Greek yogurt. Use a thick layer of matcha pudding, followed by a thin layer of yogurt, then another thin layer of pudding. Finish with a thin layer of yogurt. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
