# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 pounds pork tenderloin (2 tenderloins, about 1 lb each)
02 - 2 pounds baby potatoes
03 - 1 pound green beans
04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

→ Sauce Ingredients

09 - 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
10 - 2 tablespoons honey
11 - 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
12 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
13 - 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce or any other hot sauce

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 450°F.
02 - Mix all the sauce ingredients together and season with salt and pepper if needed.
03 - Wash the pork tenderloins and pat dry with paper towels. Brush or spoon the sauce over the pork and set aside.
04 - Season the potatoes and green beans with olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated, seasoning them separately and dividing the oil and seasoning in half for each.
05 - Lay the green beans down the middle of the sheet pan and place the potatoes along the sides. Lay the pork tenderloins over the green beans and brush or spoon with more sauce.
06 - Transfer the sheet pan to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork registers 145°F at the thickest part on an instant-read thermometer. Brush or spoon more sauce over the pork halfway through.
07 - Cover the pork with foil and rest for 15 minutes before serving.
