Heat 4 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat until butter is melted and mixture is warmed.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant and just beginning to caramelize.

Pour in the lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well, then add the remaining olive oil and butter. Continue to stir and cook for about 2 minutes to blend the flavors.

Arrange the shrimp in the skillet in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for 2 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn bright orange-pink and opaque throughout.

Transfer the shrimp to serving plates. Spoon the pan sauce over the top and serve hot, ideally over steamed rice.
