03 - 30 ml lemon juice, divided

05 - 5 grams salt
06 - 5 grams onion powder
07 - 5 grams garlic powder
08 - 5 grams smoked paprika
09 - 2.5 grams black pepper

10 - Parsley flakes, fresh or dried, optional

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 196°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the cold water with 30 ml lemon juice to prevent oxidation during carving.
03 - Clean and dry the mini potatoes. Using a small, sharp knife, carefully carve skull or jack-o'-lantern faces on each potato, then immediately submerge them in the lemon water.
