# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Marinade

01 - 120 ml olive oil
02 - 120 ml soy sauce
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

→ Kebabs

05 - 900 g sirloin steak, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
06 - 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 2.5 cm pieces
07 - 1 orange bell pepper, seeded and cut into 2.5 cm pieces
08 - 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 2.5 cm pieces
09 - 1 red onion, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
10 - 8 metal skewers

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Whisk thoroughly to emulsify the marinade.
02 - Add cubed sirloin steak to the marinade and toss until all pieces are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour.
03 - Thread marinated beef, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion pieces alternately onto metal skewers, ensuring even distribution of ingredients.
04 - Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook, turning frequently, until the beef is well browned on all sides and the vegetables are tender, approximately 12–15 minutes.
05 - Remove kebabs from grill and allow to rest briefly before serving. Enjoy immediately while hot.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - Allowing the beef to marinate enhances both flavor and tenderness.
02 - Metal skewers are preferred for grilling as they withstand high heat and require no soaking.
