Melty grilled cheese burrito loaded with seasoned beef, fried rice, spicy mayo, and crunchy tortilla chips.

# What You’ll Need to Cook:

→ Ground Beef Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 medium onion, diced
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 120 ml tomato sauce

→ Assembly

09 - 4 large flour tortillas
10 - 3 tablespoons spicy mayonnaise
11 - 240 g fried rice
12 - 240 ml nacho cheese sauce
13 - 240 ml sour cream
14 - 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
15 - Optional: 120 g shredded Mexican cheese blend

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
02 - Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until thoroughly browned, breaking up clumps. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Stir and cook for 1 minute to bloom spices.
03 - Pour in tomato sauce, lower heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and moisture to reduce slightly.
04 - Lay flour tortillas flat. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of spicy mayonnaise along the centre of each tortilla.
05 - Top with a portion of fried rice, a drizzle of nacho cheese sauce, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of crushed tortilla chips. Add a generous scoop of the prepared ground beef mixture.
06 - Fold in the sides and tightly roll up the tortilla from the bottom, enclosing all the fillings.
07 - Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Optionally, sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese blend directly onto the hot surface. Place the burrito seam-side down atop the cheese. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until a golden, crispy cheese crust forms.
08 - Serve immediately while hot, accompanied by extra spicy mayonnaise for dipping if desired.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - For maximum crispiness, allow the cheese to melt and brown slightly before placing the burrito on it.
