# Required Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 300 grams fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 240 grams Greek yogurt, full-fat or low-fat
03 - 30 milliliters honey or maple syrup
04 - 5 milliliters vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of salt

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them into halves or quarters for easier blending.
02 - Combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy with a uniform pink color, scraping down the sides as needed.
03 - Using a spoon, fill silicone molds or ice cube trays evenly with the yogurt mixture, leaving a small space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
04 - Place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid and firm to the touch.
05 - Remove the frozen bites from the molds by gently pushing from the bottom. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.

# Handy Cooking Tips:

01 - Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness based on the natural sugar content of the fruit. Consume within one month to avoid freezer burn.
