02 - 60 ml honey
03 - 60 ml fresh lime juice

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - If using whole mangoes, slice the fruit and scoop out the flesh, reserving the peels for serving if desired.
02 - Arrange mango flesh in a single layer on a tray and freeze for several hours until fully firm, or use pre-frozen mango chunks.
03 - In a food processor, combine frozen mango chunks, honey, and fresh lime juice. Process on high speed until a smooth, soft-serve consistency is achieved.
04 - Scoop the mango sorbet into reserved mango peels or serving bowls. Serve immediately for a freshly churned texture, or transfer to the freezer for a firmer consistency before serving.
