# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 180°C. If not already done, cook bacon until crisp, then chop and set aside.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, softened cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes, chili starter, white onion, green onions (reserve some for garnish), cheddar cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, brown sugar, and hot sauce. Mix well until fully combined.
04 - Lightly grease an oven-safe skillet or baking dish with butter. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish. Bake for 10 minutes until the dip is bubbling and heated through.
05 - Remove from oven, top with crumbled bacon, and bake for an additional 2–3 minutes. Garnish with reserved green onions. Serve immediately with Fritos Scoops or tortilla chips.

01 - For best results, use cream cheese that is fully softened to ensure smooth blending.
02 - Prepare bacon ahead of time to streamline assembly and baking.
03 - This dip stays creamy and develops more flavor if served from a warm dish.
