Form the beef mixture into 8 even meatballs and arrange on a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.

Warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, add the baked meatballs to the sauce to coat evenly.

Top each meatball with a mozzarella ball. Place one olive slice at the center of each mozzarella ball to form the 'eye.'

Serve the spaghetti on individual plates, ladle sauce and meatballs on top, and present the mozzarella 'eyeballs' facing up.
