01 - 450 g dried spaghetti

→ Meatballs

02 - 450 g ground beef
03 - 60 g breadcrumbs
04 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Sauce and Decoration

09 - 480 ml marinara sauce
10 - 8 small mozzarella balls
11 - 8 black olive slices

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until uniform.
03 - Form the beef mixture into 8 even meatballs and arrange on a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
04 - Warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, add the baked meatballs to the sauce to coat evenly.
05 - Top each meatball with a mozzarella ball. Place one olive slice at the center of each mozzarella ball to form the 'eye.'
06 - Serve the spaghetti on individual plates, ladle sauce and meatballs on top, and present the mozzarella 'eyeballs' facing up.
