07 - 1 lb lump or jumbo lump crab meat
08 - 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
09 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

10 - Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
11 - Toasted baguette slices for serving
12 - Olive oil cooking spray

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, tartar sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice until well combined.
03 - Gently fold in crab meat, half of the Monterey Jack, and half of the mozzarella using a rubber spatula, being careful not to break the crab.
04 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 15–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
05 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with toasted baguette slices.

# Extra Cooking Tips:

01 - Lump crab meat is a cost-effective alternative to jumbo lump and works well in blended dishes like dips.
02 - Choose a tartar sauce brand you enjoy, or substitute with mayonnaise for a milder base.
03 - If unsure about Old Bay seasoning, start with a smaller amount and adjust after baking.
