Easy Garlic Bread with Cheese (Printer-Friendly Version)

Buttery garlic bread topped with melted cheese and herbs on soft pizza dough. Perfect as a quick side or snack.

# Required Ingredients:

→ Dough Base

01 - 1 sheet (approximately 400 g) pre-made pizza dough

→ Butter Garlic Mixture

02 - 85 g unsalted butter
03 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
04 - 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried parsley)
06 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Cheese Topping

07 - 200 g mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. In a medium bowl, partially melt butter. Stir in minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and red pepper flakes until fully combined.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 25 x 38 cm rectangle. Evenly brush the garlic butter mixture across entire dough, reserving a small amount for finishing. Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly over the surface.
03 - Transfer dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–14 minutes, monitoring after 10 minutes to prevent over-browning. Remove from oven when crust is golden and cheese is melted.
04 - Reheat remaining garlic butter if necessary and brush over finished bread, especially the crust. Slice into desired portions and serve hot.

# Handy Cooking Tips:

01 - For enhanced flavor, use freshly grated mozzarella and real Parmesan. Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds.
