Preheat oven to 200°C. In a medium bowl, partially melt butter. Stir in minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and red pepper flakes until fully combined.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 25 x 38 cm rectangle. Evenly brush the garlic butter mixture across entire dough, reserving a small amount for finishing. Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly over the surface.

Transfer dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–14 minutes, monitoring after 10 minutes to prevent over-browning. Remove from oven when crust is golden and cheese is melted.

Reheat remaining garlic butter if necessary and brush over finished bread, especially the crust. Slice into desired portions and serve hot.
