# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Pat shrimp dry using paper towels. Season evenly with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
02 - Place the flour seasoned with chili powder, salt, and pepper in one shallow bowl. Place beaten eggs in a second bowl. Place panko bread crumbs in a third bowl.
03 - Coat each shrimp first in the seasoned flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally press into the panko bread crumbs until fully covered.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp in batches for approximately 2 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Transfer to a warm plate.
05 - Reduce heat to medium. Add chopped chipotle chiles, adobo sauce, honey, and lime juice to the skillet. Simmer and stir frequently until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
06 - Return shrimp to the skillet and toss gently to coat thoroughly with the honey chipotle sauce.
07 - Distribute cooked rice onto plates. Top with the honey chipotle shrimp. Garnish with lime wedges and serve immediately.

# Handy Cooking Tips:

01 - For extra crispiness, pat shrimp thoroughly dry before breading. Adjust chipotle quantity to control spiciness according to preference.
