Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix together shredded turkey, prepared stuffing, and cranberries until evenly distributed.

Incorporate finely diced onion, melted butter, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan. Add eggs and gradually pour in broth, mixing until the mixture holds together when pressed. Adjust broth if needed.

With an ice cream scoop or tablespoon, portion out the mixture and roll into balls approximately 4 cm in diameter. Arrange on prepared baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until stuffing balls are golden brown and heated through. For optimal crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.

Serve warm with turkey gravy and cranberry sauce on the side.
