# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and diced onion; cook until beef is fully browned and onion softens, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
02 - Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, chili seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce into the browned beef mixture. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 10 minutes.
03 - In a 23x33 cm (9x13 inch) casserole dish, arrange hot dog buns in a row. Place one hot dog sausage in each bun. Spoon the prepared chili evenly over each hot dog.
04 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the chili-topped hot dogs. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
05 - Remove from oven and serve immediately. Optionally garnish with onions, jalapeños, or relish according to preference.

# Handy Cooking Tips:

01 - For enhanced flavor, prepare chili in advance and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
02 - Cover with foil while baking to retain moisture and ensure even cheese melting.
