01 -
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub evenly. Season both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 74°C (7-10 minutes). Remove from heat and dice into bite-sized pieces.
02 -
Reduce skillet heat to medium. Add butter and a splash of olive oil, melting the butter fully. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, whisking continuously until cheese melts and sauce simmers. Once thickened, remove from heat.
03 -
Arrange frozen garlic toast slices on a baking sheet. Top each slice first with shredded mozzarella cheese, then evenly distribute diced chicken.
04 -
Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10-15 minutes, or until bread is heated through and cheese is melted.
05 -
Remove from oven and drizzle each piece generously with the prepared Alfredo sauce. Serve immediately.
