01 -
Preheat oven to 230°C. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine warm water, honey, vegetable oil, instant yeast, and salt. Gradually add flour and mix until a soft, smooth dough forms, scraping down the sides if necessary. Add up to 30 g additional flour if the dough is too sticky.
02 -
Knead dough in the mixer for 3 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
03 -
After resting, flatten and shape the dough to fit a large greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
04 -
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in heavy cream, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir in Parmesan cheese and flour. Simmer gently, then reduce heat to low and cook until thickened. Remove from heat.
05 -
Spread the prepared Alfredo sauce evenly over the shaped pizza dough. Top with chopped chicken, sprinkle mozzarella cheese to cover, and distribute cooked bacon evenly over the cheese.
06 -
Bake in preheated oven for 13 to 14 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
07 -
Remove pizza from the oven and immediately sprinkle with sliced green onions. Allow pizza to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
